The space
Follow the stairs to the third level of The Old Rum Store - a historic restoration that is now an urban oasis and you’ll find Jung Sung.
As soon as you enter the venue, you know you’re in for something special. The venue boasts floor-to-ceiling glass walls on three sides that lead out onto a stunning rooftop terrace where sunset drinks are encouraged.

The restaurant measures 92m2 which can comfortably seat up to 50+ guests. The terrace can facilitate another 10+ people, and in a cocktail-style setting, the entire venue easily accommodates 80+ people.

The food & wine
Head Chef Insup Kim and his culinary team offer a variety of set menus that can be tailored to your specific event. From simple set menus to long, lavish dinner degustations we will work alongside you to ensure it’s exactly what you envisioned.
Head Chef Insup Kim sources his produce from the finest local suppliers and has honed the dishes he presents. However, we know everyone has different dietary requirements and we are always open to additions and substitutions to satisfy those needs.
We also offer the option to add on a beverage package, or bar tab to quench your guest’s thirst.
Our extensive bar ranges from Australian and European wines to Korean soju, and plum honey wine, each perfectly paired to the plate.
If wine isn’t your speed, our mixologist will suggest signature cocktails that match your menu and the vibe of your event.
