The Lunar New year, or in Korean “Seollal” is a special time of year for all cultures from Asia. It is a festival celebrating the beginning of a new year on the traditional Lunisolar calendar. It was traditionally a time to honour deities and ancestors, and also become a time to feast and visit family members. This year, 2023 is the year of the Rabbit. The sign of the Rabbit is a symbol of longevity, peace, and prosperity and is predicted to be a year of hope.
To celebrate this auspicious time, Jung Sung wishes to invite you to a very special dining experience, curated by head chef, Insup Kim. Expect traditional Korean flavours combined with Modern Australian produce with a twist. Book Now to reserve your spot at the table.
