Whet your appetite with Trevally served raw with apple, horseradish, and autumn citrus. Then, enjoy the taste sensation that is our catch of the day served with braised radish, Jerusalem artichoke, and dehydrated mussel.
Those with adventurous taste buds will relish our Calamari 'Sujebi' with brussel sprout kimchi and ricotta. And die-hard Jung Sung fans will be pleased to know that our Moreton Bay Bug Two Ways sits front and centre on the seafood menu.
